1975 Kawasaki H1
Owner: Mike S. of Virginia
COMMENTS: The service work performed on this Kawasaki was thorough cleaning of its 3 carburetors & replacing 3 idle jets. The carburetors were supposedly professionally cleaned & rebuilt prior to arrival at our shop, but pictures show differently. Also performed: rebuild the petcock/fuel valve, replace too short and incorrect fuel lines, de-carbonize 3 baffles & remove the inappropriate, homemade muffler packing that was causing running issues. Also replaced and incorrectly installed oil hose connector. Labor was 6 hours, parts extra.
Sorry, we do not source parts
Unnecessary, homemade muffler packing
These carburators were supposeldy cleaned professionaly, but debris was found in the carb bowl.
Not so clean starter plunger
Rubber gasket from the sediment bowl was found exactly in this condition
Clean & correctly rebuilt carbs, installed
