1970 Honda CB750 KO Engine
Complete Top & Bottom End Rebuild with All Cosmetic Improvements
Owners: George & Eric B. of Western PA
COMMENTS: This intensive, 100% rebuild with paint, polishing, re-chroming, and many new parts required over 5 months turn-around time and 34 labor hours. The engine was run on January 14, 2009 on a custom-designed test stand. It ran beautifully. Many pictures of the rebuild with comments are below. The links below are for four 1-minute videos we posted on YouTube.com. Vidoes are best viewed in sequential order.

Final step is to run/start the engine & create a video for the owner prior to delivery. Randy created a special engine stand with guages, throttle, battery & gasoline hook up for this purpose.
Some of the many pieces that make up a complete Honda engine
The engine ran for the first time on January 14, 2009. See Video 4 above. It ran perfectly. At idle: 20 lbs of oil pressure. At 1,500 RPM or above: 60 lbs of oil pressure cold start / 45 lbs warm
Our custom-designed engine test stand is waiting to be graced with YOUR engine rebuild.
