1968 Honda CB 160
Service
Owner: Robert W., Virginia
COMMENTS: This major service included fixing broken ignition wires, cleaning points, correcting ignition timing, cleaning the petcock, fixing an oil leak from the left engine cover, replacing front fork seals & oil, installing a new generator, a new rectifier, and a new condenser, installing correct carburetor jets, cleaning & sealing the inside of the gasoline tank, and minor cosmetics improvements.  14 labor hours & several new parts later, our customer was able to finally have a correctly repaired, rideable, and reliable Honda.  It came into our customer's family in 1972.  His grandfather bought it, used, from a friend in Brevard, NC.

Here's some of
the gunk we found inside the gasoline tank & fuel line.
We cleaned and sealed
the tank so this won't be
a repeat problem.
