Time after time, we have customers come to us after one or several repair shops/dealerships have been unable to correct a problem vehicle. We are a diagnostic shop that offers a solution, not an excuse or a "patch job." We also do not skimp on repair work or parts. If you can't or won't authorize us to do the repair correctly, we won't do it at all.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE (aka Tune-Up): We are adamant about the importance of regularly scheduled service & maintenance on all vehicles. Nothing destroys a vehicle - motorcycle, ATV, watercraft - faster than neglect, improper winter storage, or abuse. Your vehicle is worth hundreds to thousands of dollars and brings you & your family hours of fun ... when it works. Isn't your investment worth a regular servicing so you don't have to worry about being stranded? How about losing resale value because a potential buyer sees signs of neglect? Prevent these negative scenarios by scheduling regular service appointments so a service item doesn't become a repair item. We're here to help keep you moving!
TUNE-UP - what they can do and not do: A tune-up replaces and maintain parts that wear out through usage. A tune-up will insure that your vehicle will continue to run smoothly, continue getting its normal gas mileage, and prevent severe damage to the engine and other major components. A tune-up is not meant to cure an existing problem like poor starting or running, damage caused by improper winter storage, or cosmetic improvements.
