COMMENTS: A set of leaky petcocks/fuel valves & carbureator dumped a large quantity of gasoline into the engine crankcase. It had to be drained & cleaned & new petcocks installed. This service also included replace incorrect exhaust pipe & muffler & create exhaust bracket, install front brake cable, add correct brake light switch connect wiring from switch to wiring harness, replace both handlebar levers with ones for mirrors, replace 6 volt battery, replace front fender flaps, replace cylinder head heli-coil, clean 1 Mikuni carburetor, replace kick start pedal with foldable type with rubber, install horn, install 6 cush drive rubbers, grease wheel bearings, change oil, correct front wheel axle & spacer installation, paint speedometer case, install correct tail light bulb & repair ignition switch. This service took over

10 hours to complete.
